What we collect

When you book a free trial or send a message through this site, your details (name, email, phone, and anything you write) go to our front desk and nowhere else. Form submissions are relayed by Zapier Inc. into Kicksite, the membership system our front desk runs on, so the coach who calls you back has your request in front of them; both act only on our instructions. If the form cannot reach that system it falls back to opening an email in your own mail app instead, and nothing is sent until you press send there. We receive only what you choose to send us. A phone number is part of the booking request so our front desk can call to confirm your visit, and we text you only if you tick the box that says texting is okay.

How we use it

We use your information for one thing: to reply to you and to schedule your visit or membership. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We keep it only as long as we need it to help you.

Cookies and analytics

This site is intentionally light. It does not set marketing cookies. The contact map is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. The reviews on the homepage are read from our own Google Business Profile once a day by our website's hosting and shown from that daily copy; your browser makes no request to Google to see them, apart from loading a reviewer's profile photo where one is shown.
